Dear Mr. Weiss:

Myself and my group have just returned from the above referenced elk bow camp. I have prepared this letter to you to express my gratitude to our Cowboy`s, Ernie and Jason. Both of these men were always courteous, dependable, safe and thorough. They know what customer service means and they represent you and your guide service very well. They both go above and beyond.
Jason sees Ernie as a mentor, learns from him and treats Ernie with a lot of respect. Jason is patient. He will do well for you someday. Jason is capable to do anything you need for him to do.
Ernie would be very hard for you to replace. He knows the horses, how to please clients and he knows what service means. There was never a doubt during our stay that our group was his first responsibility. He took that good of care of us.
